Seems like a very small number of people. How was this calculated?

Not hard to make it into the Top 1% of the top 1%. Once Bitcoin is Mass adopted. I feel a Satoshi will have the same purchasing power as 1$. But it won't be compared to other currency by that time. True Bitcoiners know there is no sell price. 1 Sat = 1 Sat.
