Slovakia 🇸🇰: Slovakia's parliament introduced a new amendment to its constitution: everyone has the right to pay cash (paper) for the purchase of goods and services.

The aim is to protect physical payments from a future in which the EU imposes mandatory transactions only through the digital euro.
