There’s a difference between eating animals that the monkey hunts in the jungle vs you eating a chicken fed antibiotics every day that has 1 sqft to live it’s entire life in a building that houses 10,000 chickens. That has nothing to do with evolution…

I’m not saying you shouldn’t eat meat. Vegetables/grains are full of pesticides and fertilizer too. Just last week there was yet another study about white rice containing harmful levels of chemicals.

Where you source your food is key. Unfortunately many people don’t have that option!

True that. I'd say most people not many.

Clean food is scarce and more expensive than mass industrial produced. Also usually spoils faster if you don't have the right environment to preserve it.

I was pointing out to the balance in that guy's diet, in an ideal setting in natural environment he has access to all the food groups but natural instincts and body nutrients needs make him choose a little bit of everything.

But yes unfortunately for us there's no choice of all of us having access to clean food. We're 8 billions and good agricultural land is also scarce.

For me yes, i choose clean food and a balanced diet but i live in Western Europe, we have the best food safety/labeling and also easy access to everything.

Unfortunately that's not universal, not even in US...
