I’ve always taken an open approach to stuff like this. I haven’t studied it so I don’t profess to have authority.
But I’ve studied a lot of philosophy and theology, and come to a place where a panentheistic view of the universe seems the most logically likely, and is the most aligned with my intuition. (It checks both boxes).
So when it comes to things like astrology - a physical model for interpreting worldly phenomena - I’m pretty open and try to engage with it like any other metaphysical model.
There’s a quote attributed to the Buddha (although who knows its true origin…) - “all religions are like fingers, pointing to the moon. Look where they point, but do not confuse the finger for the moon itself”
