I'm not sure I understand. Is the prison suspended or is he suspended in some way? I think the guy is scum, but prison seems excessive, for a crime that didn't involve violence.

He was financially ruining and doxing developers through the court system all based on his lies. Dude deserves more prison time.

He exploited the system to ruin people. He is a clear piece of shit that did use violence by abusing court systems to ruin innocent people. Fuck Craig Wright

I'd be cautious about being overly punitive. Courts work by precedent. What may feel justified for one case could then be used to twist justice into injustice, merely via a set precedent.

i agree that abusing courts to hurt people should be considered an act of violence but it's not, it's just "vexing" lol
