Obtainium can connect to many different repositories including github, gitlab, f-droid and others.
It's all about FOSS.
As long as you can keep Phoenix updated (through obtainium or direct apk) you'll be able to use it. If you have an iPhone it's over.
It's based on open and decentralized protocols. No one can stop this, that's the whole point.
It's like money over bit torrent, it works everywhere on the globe as long as you can install the software 😉
Shoot, I only have iPhone.
Then you might want to buy a pixel and install graphene os. (De googled, privacy oriented os)
