Many lists for many apps

Following is just a "global list". But who cares about following? We really care about putting npubs on lists and having those lists appear in context specific ways that are often surfaced within "apps"

Exactly, the global list should be maintained and then filtered at the client level. If someone starts posting kind x events, but I'm only following their kind y events, I will not see their new content. This is how it works now where amethyst doesn't show olas events unless the olas events are published as generic
