100 pushups a day may not be the optimal way to build strength, but it certainly builds discipline

Plateaued around 50 pushups for a while. Added 50 squats to the mix and now up to 60 of each. Also added biking in. The 100 a day was a catalyst towards getting off my ass and taking control of my health and well-being.
I’ve also increased my normal workouts since starting the #100pushups challenge
