Goodbye Pinterest, RIP

I am conflicted. Do I go tell my wife to get off Pinterest? This is the beginning of the fall of society. Should we watch and correct our own behavior or should we be bargaining with the peoples in our lives to stop engaging with those nonsense.
I recommend giving them the BudLight/Walmart treatment. I will probably switch just to basic image search, but most of the results just link to Pinterest. Is there any browser extension (or setting in search?) to ignore results from certain website?
