Tough terms, I'm pretty confident that they'll accumulate but I'm not sure about the law before 2027. I do believe it's inevitable but congress is always a shit show.
How about this - I believe that the US will ADD 10,000 Bitcoin to it's reserves by Jan. 2027, and I'd bet 1M sats on it.
That would be relatively meaningless and COULD have already happened. Furthermore, there is no way to verify this for our bet.
My main point was there will be no near term LAW requiring meaningful additional bitcoin accumulation.
