How much coffee beans do you use to brew a cup of coffee with specific amount of hot water?
I use about 15g of coffee beans for 200g of hot water.

I like it pretty strong so usually 20g to 300g water. I think your ratio might be even a little stronger.
From my experience, the coffee tends to be bolder using Chemex. I honestly think my coffee is not. dense much.
How fine the coffee is ground up, how fast the water drops... maybe there are lot of differences.
The most import point that I love brewing coffee is, the conditions are well controllable by myself so that I can enjoy the differences!
I put labels on my grinder for different types of brewing. Chemex is a coarser grind than Aeropress. It’s a learning process for sure.
