Also, I sent the max amount (9 sats) from my wallet. The sats were received in Primal, but the balance didn’t change on SHOCKWALLET.
No lightning address enrolled? If your on android is it the latest apk?
Prod bootstrap node is ahead of wallets with a breaking change for history /balance updates.. known issue ... trying to get the new build shipped in the next few days but it's been a monster
Not sure what you mean by lightning address enrolled. I’m on iOS TestFlight version 1.0 (50).
Should I reinstall to see if I get a shockwallet.app address? If so, is there a way to transfer the balance? It’s not much but this’ll be my 4th/5th time testing and losing sats.
Haven't been able to reproduce the lightning address issue but hold up at this point we'll have a push hopefully this week and can sneak some logs in for the address problem

It was a very stupid issue we're still not sure the exact cause that was iOS specific that didn't repro on every device/os version. Some versions wouldnt verify the SSL certificate even though it was fine to everything else including test suites. Other services behind the same proxy worked fine even from phones effected so it was very inconsistent, just magically started working after re-rolling the cert :-\
we tested zaps on this note… we made six attempts to⚡zap this note, at thecto@lightning.video, over a period of 8 minutes. Zero of the zaps were successfully paid... your server did produce invoices, however, we were unable to successfully pay the invoices. it may be that your node or wallet service was offline at the time we attempted the zaps. if you wanted to fix this... you could try getting a free rizful lightning address -- https://rizful.com ... if u get it set up, pls reply here so we can do this ⚡zap test again.

just tried it from jumble.social ... primal, zapping this note, got an invoice failure... on yakihonne the payment worked but I don't think my browser saw a zap receipt
