I spent a year developing our software using Visual Studio + WSL just to piss off my boss. Going to be honest. Best debugging experience of my life. Lol 😂

Microsoft has come full circle tbh. I feel like they’re the cool kids again.

I’m a switch hitter.

Windows 11 Pro on a beefy Thinkpad.

I own two Intel Mac’s. One I’ve beefed up to 72gb of ram.

My desktop used to run arch but now fedora.

Software is beautiful. We live in an age of wonders. I don’t do the ideological purism - I enjoy it all. Linux has come so far. It’s a legit daily driver material for people now. But Windows is legit stable and very cool. So is macOS. lol.

I can’t pick a favorite.

I’m blessed. I’m a Jack of all trades. In the last week I’ve been writing C++ motion control software, and written PLC software for another machine. I’m also our whole web team and IT dept.
