What is wrong in this country with the internet. I pay for 24 hours internet and it doesn't work. I don't pay and it doesn't work! Could they make up their mind!

It is on and off. It never stay connected more than 30 seconds today. Enough for posting something but to login to online banking or exchange it doesn't work. But at the moment it stay since 5 minutes online.... hope they fixed there problem whatever it was!
