I worked with a guy who would take his keys off the keyboard and take a deep breath every time he typed “rm -rf”. This is behavioral scar tissue.

They say time heals all wounds but I legit still have ptsd after accidentally updating millions of rows of an extremely important table by forgetting to highlight part of a sql query before running it, and that was 15 years ago. 😂
