Bitcoin has been the best store of value known to mankind for 15 years.

It is a very short time yes, but if it has managed to be the best store of value in just 15 years it is because it is very powerful.

Just keep the surplus of your work, i.e. your savings in Bitcoin and only use it when you need it, as simple as that.

Understood. And when it comes to a wallet which is recommended for a mobile device? I've seen too many around claiming that their the best...

Green Wallet, for several reasons:

- It is the blockstream wallet, founded by Adam Back, one of the original cypherpunks.

- It supports Bitcoin, Liquid and Lightning.

- The multi-signature 2fa features it has are fantastic for a mobile wallet.
