the very premise of the idea of measuring the exertion of energy is a kind of proxy of measuring the labor of a human being, i presume you meant to create some kind of approximation of the kilowatts of energy exerted

firstly, big people have an advantage in this, they move more weight around, their create more motion with a higher cost of energy

secondly, this movement could be sex as much as it could be blacksmithing, how do you propose to equate the cost of such labor purely by it's energy consumption?

thirdly, you know what i'm talking about, because you are a marx fan, and i don't expect that i can persuade you to understand that prices are a preference not a cost
