I'm currently helping a friend set up a "new" (new to her) double wide on property she's owned her whole life. Were going through hell dealing with permits and inspections as usual. A few things bothering me:
1- I do things right, that's how I roll, but the inspectors wouldn't know if I was or wasn't cause they're brain dead from working for the state and have no practical experience
2- its a fucking used double wide. Someone has to knock this POS down in 15 years. Why is it so important I do things right?
