Remember the phrase "It's like money in the bank" when something was a sure thing.

No one uses that phrase anymore because the banks have no money!

In March 2020 the reserve requirement for all depositories changed to ZERO percent and hasn't changed since.

Good observation. People don't use that phrase anymore for a reason. I'm barely old enough to remember hearing that phrase, and I haven't heard it at least 20 yrs.
