Moonpay is my main fiat onramp now days because they send the purchased Bitcoin directly to the wallet of my choosing, one that I hold the private keys to. Low network fees, but close to a $2k spread.
As far as those three you mentioned, definitely NOT CashApp!! They will fucking ban you if you send your Bitcoin to an address that they deem suspicious for any reason.
Oh man. Cash app seemed so helpful with living on zero. Bummer to hear.

Yeah they closed my account back in 2019 because I bought some Bitcoin and sent it to a 'suspicious' address. Not at all how Bitcoin is supposed to work.
