I like to think of myself as a long-term thinker. Still, while I don't smoke, I do have a couple of beers from time to and sometimes drink large quantities of alcohol (which I know is very bad for me). I guess the same could be said about the food you eat. If you eat chips, processed foods, etc - are you a real bitcoiner and a long-term thinker?

Idk the answer but I think the key is to act as you think, or you may one day be thinking as you act

Day by day you can be healthy.

And time to time drink smoke or whatever is not so healthy but you like.
