Oh, I thought that would still make them delinquent but, I guess not.
No, that didn't happen (beyond a small percentage of what they were aiming for). Instead they just made it so you don't have to pay them.
Same thing.
Why give you money to pay me back, it’s easier to just say you don’t have to pay me back.
Nothing is free, cost is still owed and gets paid out by everyone. ✌🏽
