Three lessons on how homicides relate to Bitcoin adoption:

1️⃣ Countries need to be at breaking point for Bitcoin to be considered as legal tender. Going off USD and pissing off the North American giant was only an option when things couldn't have got worse for El Salvador.

2️⃣ Venezuela and Colombia have been at a similar breaking point, and even though their governments aren't embracing Bitcoin as fully, there has been growing adoption at a grassroots level to counter the instability.

3️⃣ Although things are getting worse in western nations, most are a long way away from this level of breakdown in society.
