Sounds like you are using Primal. Are you on Android or iOS?
If you are on iOS, there is no other option at this time, you will need to use a different client that doesn't require you to use their custodial wallet such as Damus or Nostur.
If you are on Android, you have the option of connecting any Nostr Wallet Connect compatible wallet, such as CoinOS.io in the settings.
