I could say the same for Central Banks, but I would be understating.
No social benefits? ... yeah, sure.
Yes, I don't like Bitcoin and and this stuff at all - but have they not seen people especially in so called "third world countries" utilizing Bitcoin for their benefit? xD
Then again, its a EUROPEAN central bank. They are too busy oogling at America. :/
Sorry for the tangent, but: German news stations quite often start with either the biggest crisis outside EU and/or America things. Local things are at the very tail end - if at all.
They are just scared to look soon for a new job
