Considering markets and interest rates. Is it a good time to buy a house with a mortgage?

It might depend on the housing market in your area and your credit score and stuff like that. Personally, I'd try to stack Bitcoin and doggie coin until having enough to buy a house without a mortgage. But this requires renting.
That is what i am doing right now, or at least trying. I rent and i buy with the difference between rent and mortgage bitcoin.
