Sometimes living in Canada and wanting to buy a home purely for consumption (workshop for furniture business & garden space for girlfriends food production plans) feels out of reach. I couldn’t imagine being someone that doesn’t hold their wealth in an appreciating asset.

Patience is all that’s needed from me, but the ever present ticking of time makes it difficult.

Just want to raise a family with bare feet on soil and hands in the dirt.
