Generally I find the sound of hybrids and electrics are drowned out by ambient noise and the engine sound of ICEs. Idk what the first guy is talkin about, but engines make noise even if they aren’t “loud”, and that adds up especially in city atmosphere. Some hybrid you can hear whirring but some are very silent.
