Best advice I have is balance out biceps, triceps and forearms. Hit them all equally hard in various ranges.
If you are just getting started then start with triceps (bench press, pull downs, skullcrushers, overhear cable extensions).
For biceps best to cycle through curl exercises from multiple angles and grips.
Eat well. Work hard. ๐ช๐ผ
