After so many days calming down and happily living like a angle, last night too many thoughts hang around in my mind again.

Although I do sleep for a long time and maybe wake up twice, but I still don’t feel refreshed and energetic. Feel my throat not clear and the whole body quite heavy. Tension in my head and that could cause hair loss immediately.

Seems my mental health still has a lot to do with the physical world, like the balance of my mental status could be easily achieved only when i feel my physical being safe.
