All that truly matters is you move the coins around on LN and then swap back to a brand new wallet.

I think it's pretty unlikely analysts could find your identity. LN is nearly private enough.

Of course LN isnt perfect. We need optional random routing of payments instead of predictable/efficient routing. LN is open to surveillance the same as Tor.
