doesn't enuts work in this way? where i send it sats via LN but it doesn't issue ecash tokens in return immediately and i have to speficially mint ecash tokens if I want to send them to you?

The balance you see after making an LN payment is ecash. There are tokens on your device. There is not a separate sats in lightning account balance. The "send" ecash is selecting the tokens you have in yout balance to use. Enuts has "coin control" so you are able to actually select the specific ecash token to send.
