Late GM nostr!!

Try changing approaches at times, can lead to varying results. So I met someone in our local bitcoin chat group who is trying to learn. Just happened to be at the bar same time and I asked if she'd read the pdf of the Bitcoin Standard I'd put in the group (yes, I've zapped Saifendean in thanks). I mnetioned this in another post. She hadn't read it and said too much effort. I got frustrated in the end.

So change of approach. Went to chat group and said "ok, you want baby sitting through the learning curve, I'll put together a course and workshops and do 1 in spanish and 1 in english for you, as long as you prove true interest. Take this group from 21 to 50 participants and I'll try to find time"

We just hit 50, 24 hours later! Maybe I should've said100 and given myself some more time.

I am truly busy right now so would appreciate a bit of course material if anybody can give some suggestions for both #bitcoin and #nostr

@anilsaidso on X got a lot of visual animations that works great for courses and presentations! Worth to check out. I’ll think to see if I can come up with other recommendations too

Thanks for the suggestion. By the way, tried to zap you and says you don't have a lightning address set up, might be worth considering. If you want recommendations, look up Derek Ross, he has great tutorials etc, check out Alby wallet or just throw in a wallet of satoshi address into your profile if interested. If relatively new to nostr, it is very common for people to send sats as tips to say thanks for posts, replies and recommendations.... as well as good memes!

Thanks for the recommendations🤙🏼 I’ve heard about zapping and been procastinating about setting up a wallet for too long now, so I guess this was the sign for me to finally do something with it. Will look it up today and thanks again🤙🏼

My understanding is tgat its the best option. As ive been on nostr for 18 months, the options have changed and improved but am too busy with other things to dive in and figure best options so have left things as i had set up initially. Remember the hashtag asknostr. Ask the commnity as i am not very techie nor up to date so am not the best source of info here. Derek Ross has written some great guides

Interesting. I don't use alby. Reach out to them on nostr. I just have a wallet of satoshi adress. Something i need to sort out when i have time
