Clarification: I made an unclear reference to "Vanguard." I meant to indicate not Vanguard the investment firm, but rather Vanguard-25, an elite group of top media and tech execs and high government officials. Look at its list of members. It tells you the undemocratic functioning

of power to suppress dissent.
