Whitepapers ok sure. Assets on lightning though are also going to be a thing.
MiCA requires disclosures of all types when it regulates both token projects and the exchanges that list them. Super in the weeds boring stuff related mostly to the casino coins. We have a podcast out next week with a lawyer all about it
