You are, and I don't care. You have spent the last few centuries attacking europeans and trying to destroy our countries so I have zero sympathy when you finally get some pushback.
This person doesn't seem to be someone who is actively doing that. Each Person should be responsible for their action.
Unless he did something specific he should not pay for the mistake of someone else from his tribe.
As much as an innocent Muslim should not pay the wrong doing of someone else, neither should a Christian or a Jew or Hindu pay for the mistake of someone else from his religion .
