The new HTTP API is here, you can go look at it at https://mleku.realy.lol/api and poke at it, and https://realy.lol in the `cmd` folder there is `nurl` which is like cURL but can do get/post to fetch events or with post and a file upload events, and nostrjwt which allows you to create an alternative authorization token with an expiry time in the future. and use this token on normal http tools.
Aside from adding the /subscribe endpoint, the focus in the near future will be on improving documentation both in the code, as well as instructions to explain how to use the tools that have been created to work with the new API
We should be seeing #realy in use with the #gitcitadel and #alexandria projects in the near future, and the codebase is pretty stable now, but definitely needs a review and refactoring, as well as some documentation.
Donations will help me continue to spend more time on this and further improve it. I have been learning how to build RESTful HTTP interfaces in this time, and I am also applying this in my fiat mining gig, which is how i pay for being able to do this stuff on the side.

This means you now have a convenient way to connect to a superfast and full-featured go relay, over a REST API with a sleek web GUI *or* over the standard websocket protocol.
You can use this as-is, or as a conduit to your own relay, app, or a specialized device like an e-paper reader. #GitCitadel has multiple use cases for this relay and will be hosting an instance of it for our wss://theforest.nostr1.com subscribers. We have already l spun one up for internal use (hello, mass-uploading project 👀) and are beta-testing it.
#Realy will help us NOSTR ALL THE THINGS!!

I'm surrounded by electrical engineers and scientists, so you know I'm all about that OtherStuff.
