Zelensky says he plans to offer Kursk to Russia in exchange for Ukraine territory under Russian control.

Zelensky did not say which territory he would request be returned to Ukraine: “I don’t know, we will see..."

Russia currently controls nearly 20% of Ukraine territory as Ukraine loses its small amount of Kursk on the battlefield.
