Saw this. For those who pay by the MB, even those who don't, when internet is scarce, sending to many relays the same information is not really always possible in the Global South. Of course this is the whole censorship resistant point of Nostr. What about a "low internet mode" for the Global South, where the info gets beamed to a random, rotating relay, which then gossips it to a several others. The relay originally accepting the notes is always changing unpredictably, each note. In town, if there is better internet, this mode can be switched off.

I get that a central relay is returning to what we don't want. But we can either exclude alot of the world, or have this as an option, and I think the unpredictably rotating relay is kinda a clever whack-a-mole situation.
