Yes ideally yes but 29 random relays will give you spam 😄 you need relays that operators are doing something about the spam. Thats why its good to play around with the relays its your algorithm per say in a way. I think its always going to be a battle with relays but thats the beauty of it all that you can delete whatever relay and that problem is gone till there is another problem hahahaha
