HAHAHA. That’s the thing. You can’t! Choosing defaults in iOS? Tim Apple said you are lucky you get to choose a browser and mail client.
Maybe it’s the last installed?
The one you want to have as default, install the latest.
Uninstall all of them and reinstall the one you’d like to be default first (I think) it’s either the first wallet or the last one you installed that is auto picked.

On iOS or on Damus? On Damus it’s in your profile settings.
