Dipping a filler rod into the puddle

But it’s been years
I can also stick weld, mico weld, and laser weld
But 99% of the time I have a foot pedal control my heat. Gun in one hand, and filler rod in the other hand…. Dipping in the puddle.

Not create new shit….
Ive welded on plastic injection molds for STIHL ( like the chainsaws)
And huskyvarna- molds forming plastic parts for like weed eaters and backpack blowers…
Now I’m back in high pressure aluminum die cast
So instead of the shooting plastic into to mold it’s Liquid Metal.
Over time the cutting edges wear out…
Or parts of the mold or dies get damaged
I weld it up and either machine it back to brand new or hand work it in with like grinders and stones….
