Please consider not cropping photos on Damus. Check out how images are redered on Amethyst. It looks like by adding spacing on the left hand side below the user's profile photo you can get the images to render better even with vertical photos.

Since we do full bleed I think it might still crop if the image is too tall ?
Have seen a few times. Doesn’t need to crop at all tho.
Yeah definitely shouldn’t be.
Yeah I'm thinking full bleed is the issue. Seems to render better when it isn't.
