Eh not entirely true. That’ll only be the case in a utopian hyperbitcoinized world. I hope that happens but we probably won’t even live to see it. Until then banks and exchanges will continue.

The system provides an alternative; its growth and adoption are what naturally diminish the necessity for intermediaries. Realise that such shifts are an evolution, not a sudden declaration.
