Nope. Think about it...
Of course we should use #Monero as the every day digital cash. But our governments, they should definitely use #Bitcoin for managing their budget! That would make complete sense, because it's public money. The global reserve currency could very well be in #Bitcoin. That would make sense too.
And for all the privacy-preserving smart contracts, NFTs and DeFi (i.e. the "privacy Ethereum"), we would then use #Beam (cf. beam.mw)!
I see these 3 coexisting pretty well. 😉
