You refill by moving the cheap fan off and fill through its hole

To clean (every 3-4 days)

Fill half the thing up with hot water and vinegar and spray the rest of it all through the fans hole, let sit for 12-24 hours, empty, rinse, dry completely with help of little fan, then shes ready for use again
