Vexl is pure p2p non profit. Completely private and anonymous and uses your web of trust.
@Vexl requires that you allow access to your contact list on your phone, it also requires name and phone number and it also only runs on #android and #ios
But interesting nonetheless, someone should review it here on #nostr
