I recommend not using primal to start with(I made this mistake myself)
Primal is fine as a client AFTER you've signed up and found people to follow already.
It is absolute garbage for getting started on nostr.
Finding people worth following is extremely difficult, the trending feed is mostly crypto scams and homoerotic wallstreet investors with no shirts giving out bad advice.
I almost gave up on nostr then I decided to check out some other clients, openvibe and amethyst are good for finding people to follow and worthwhile content
