Portugal is not as "friendly" as people made it seem. I wen't to Madeira and no one I talked to even knew what bitcoin was. Portugal and Madeira are still incredible places to visit if you can overlook the socialism. Porto is my favorite

Seems like the same what’s happening in Lugano. They call it bitcoin friendly but there are a lot of shitcoins and the majority of people haven’t heard about bitcoin and don’t accept it. Promotion plays a vital role

Progressive on money and drugs. Safest country in Europe. Beautiful beaches, and great cost of living with relatively easy transport to rest of Europe. Pretty high on my list!

AFAIK - you do not pay taxes on BTC profits there. Don’t know if there is a limit on how long you have to hold them before selling (I believe that was one year).
