Cool, interesting. I assume you could probably pre-process the script to add a lot of the header stuff in. What's the thinking behind __getError? I imagine wasm probably doesn't let you throw, but why not follow the `[result, error]` pattern for return values?

I guess if you omitted runtime stub and heap.reset you'd end up with a GC with a pretty minor performance hit?
